Steve Trout, Founder
As the captain of our crew, Steve Trout built his business from the bottom up in Jessup, Maryland in the 1980’s. From his modest startup to his cutting-edge facility, Steve is always ahead of the curve. Although he’s working his way out of the industry, he’s still keeping it in the family. His son will serve as his successor, using the hands-on management style that Steve exemplifies, Trout’s Supreme Seafood will continue as one of the best seafood wholesalers in the region.
Devin Trout, Owner
Devin has spent his youth working at Trout’s every summer for as long as he can remember. He joined the crew full-time in 2006. At this stage in the game, Devin has learned the ins and outs of each part of the business, ready to take his father’s place as he prepares to pass the baton. Devin has a ten-year-old daughter and enjoys traveling the world.
Kevin Driscoll, General Manager/Partner
As our general manager, Kevin wears many hats and has the know-how to bring quality service to every order. He’s been part of our crew since 1996 and started his career here because of his IT knowledge and capabilities. Kevin is married with two children, he loves to garden and watch a good baseball game…especially if the Boston Red Sox are involved.
Sania Benoit, Sales Representative
Our sales representative since February of 2016, Sania brings several years of sales and culinary experience to our team. Prior to joining Trout Supreme Seafood, she was a chef for over 11 years. During her stint in the culinary world, she worked at Disney in Florida and owned her own restaurant while living there. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts.
